In January we raised $200!

One of our aims this year is to make a donation of $100 with each home sale to Surrey Services for Seniors. So in January we raised $200.

We obviously want to raise much more than that during 2018. So we want to encourage you to list your home with us this year, there is a significant lack of inventory in our area and plenty of home buyers looking for homes. Many of those currently on the market have been on for longer than 100 days and buyers are waiting patiently for home owners to list.

Likewise, if you are looking for a home, let us represent you as your fiduciary buyers' agent, putting your interests ahead of everyone's including our own. If you want to know more about this, let us know.

So, if you live in the Tredyffrin Easttown area, consider inviting us in to give you a competitive market analysis. Yes, you read that right, competitive because you do want to sell your home and don't want it sitting there for  more than 100 days being used as a comparison property with plenty of showings but no offers, right?

We aim to make sure your home is priced competitively and we will guide you what needs to be done in preparation to listing to make it so. We will disucss with you our individual marketing plan, the likely buyer, and how we will target such a buyer. Then when it sells we make a donation to Surrey Services for Seniors.

Not every agent is as specific. Many simply use the three P's system, Put up a sign, Put it in the MLS and Pray! If you are happy with that then fine, but if you think there might be a difference in getting a competitive market analysis and a personalized marketing plan then contact us today! You will also be helping out Surrey Services for Seniors as well.
