Today our seller was able to relax in Rochester while we did the heavy lifting at settlement. 471 Old Forge Crossing a second floor condo with one bedroom plus den, fireplace and bathroom acquired a new owner. Sale was from one nurse to another and hopefully the new owner will be as happy as the last one.
