We did it again!

We did it again! Sold another home in Old Forge Crossing. In the last few months we have sold three homes in Old Forge Crossing. Buyers love the amenities, storage, location and so much more...

Old Forge Crossing swimming pool

One was a listing and two of them were to buyers. The listing we obtained an excellent price for our client achieving full asking price in a matter of days. For our buyers we have saved them several thousand dollars.

We currently have a listing for sale at 39 Old Forge Crossing, which will be open this Sunday 2/27 from 2-4 PM, this home is pristine, ready to move into with some really cool features, check out the virtual tour and watch for the detail in the tiled floor of the kitchen, the wood doors throughout this home, and know that every window has been updated. These units have very low heating costs, but with new windows they are even lower. also the condo fee already covers your costs for the gas for hot water, cooking, and for the gas dryer and your water plus the pool fee, tennis courts, and all the maintenance throughout the development. Old Forge Crossing is an approved FHA condo development, with good reserves. Every  home has plenty of storage, so m uch that when clients move from here they complain about the storage in what they look at elsewhere. Location is great with easy access to restaurants, shops, the King of Prussia Mall, Valley Forge National Park, major roads and Septa R5 into Philadelphia.

Nick & Trudy,

Congratulations! Sounds like you have quite the market presence there so you obviously are doing something right.
