Old Forge Crossing market report

Old forge Crossing is an FHA approved condo development in Devon, PA with a great location close to Route 202 and a few minutes drive from the Paoli/Thorndale Septa line into center city. It has an active social life and the location allows residents to shop locally with Wegmans and Trader Joe's minutes away,

Sales have been consistent throughout the year and the bottom of the market seems to have been reached locally with prices stabilizing and even rising in some instances locally.

The rental market for homes in Old Forge Crossing has also been brisk, we currently have two two bedroom condos available priced at $1400 a month each and have rented eight units so far this year for clients.
