Looking to buy in Old Forge Crossing, several options

Old Forge Crossing in Devon PA is a condo development located on 40 plus acres, with a swimming pool, walking trails, and a reflecting pond as well as three tennis courts for residents. When opened the Chester Valley Trail will run alongside the development and there most likely will be access to the trail. Ideally located just off route 202 it allows easy access to King of Prussia Mall, Valley Forge National Park, the Schuylkill River Trail, excellent restaurants dotted along the Main Line and Trader Joe's and Wegman's supermarkets are just minutes away.

Originally built as apartments which were converted to condo residences, this development has one bedroom apartments on first and second floors, one bedrooms with dens on the second floors, two bedroom two full bath apartments on first and second floors, and some two storey two bed two and a half bath town homes as well. There is plenty of parking through out the development which has a management office on site located in the original farmhouse with maintenance staff for repairs. There is also a club house for those who want to rent space for parties or for the social activities organized within the community. The community is also an approved FHA condo, making it easier for buyers to obtain financing through an FHA loan.

There are currently six homes for sale in Old Forge Crossing. The town home currently listed is priced at $214,900, the two bedroom apartments are priced at $194,500 and $205,000 respectively and the three single bedroom condos two on the ground floor and one upstairs are priced between $144,900 and $149,900.

Some of the units have concrete ceilings and some don't, some have concrete balconies and some are wood depending at which stage of the development they were constructed. Some condos have wood fireplaces. Prices really depend on the level of upgrading or remodeling that has been done to the units and to the location of the actual condo within the development.
