Good morning, Trudy and Nick... well, I'm always up to hear a good secret. Your "secret," however, is not much of a secret to me... it's what I always taught when I trained new agents, who would complain that what I was suggesting they do was "work." Oh no kidding! And why did they think we made those big bucks? Great post.

You are absolutely correct. Success is not easy - it takes hard work. That's it!

Good morning Nick and Trudy. You are right on with this and it is really simple.

Good morning Nick and Trudy! Truer words were never spoken! Grind it out and keep improving! Enjoy your day!

Nina Hollander -  you can also add persistence in there as well, but to be successful takes work. As you say people don't realize that.

Kat Palmiotti - in a way success is easy because we know what it takes. It becomes hard when we think there is some easy way to achieve.

Sheila Anderson, always amazing how we deceive ourselves about what anything takes, what ever our goal we look for the wide door, rather than the narrow one.

Wayne Martin, that's it, those days when you don't want to work out, you go and you grind, those days when you don't want to blog, you open the page and start writing.

Nick,

And this secret is not that obscure, not many are willing to do that, which keeps this secret in obscurity.  LOL A

Very well said. Being successful means willing to go that extra mile to make it happen. You cannot just sit back and wait.

Roan and Alexandra Seigel as Jim Rohn said It is easy to do what is right and it is easy to do what is not, my paraphrase.

Jane Peters exactly, going that extra mile when others don't even go the first.

It takes work, lots of it and working smart to reach success. Oh, it and takes lots of focus too.

Debbie Reynolds, I have a white board in my office and I have written on there TAKE ACTION to remind me to do something, anything, just don't sit. Work is all about taking action, often what we don't want to do, but we feel so much better after we have done it. Then after a while we miss it if we don't do it.

Exactly!  I can't think of a better way to say it.
