It is Sunny above the clouds

It's been rather dreary here today, and I was looking through some photos and thought it won't be long before everything is sprouting and blossoming and I reminded myself above the clouds it is sunny.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the day looking forward with hope and enthusiastic expectation because however you feel it is sunny above the clouds.

In a few short weeks, that groundhog will give us his thoughts on the length of winter we will have left

I will be spring in about 8 more weeks. If we get lucky we might see a few flowers before then. Have a great weekend.

The photo of your Iris plants is just gorgeous! I haven't seen any like it before! May you have blue skies and the groundhog emerge from his burrow next month on a cloudy day without seeing his shadow!

Until then, make every day count!

William Feela never know where you might find that silver lining, but definitely with some sunshime you might see a reflection or two.

Ed Silva that is true, never really know how accurate he is.

Debbie Reynolds you are quite a bit further south to us soyou most likely will get things flowering well before we do.

Patricia, we have lotsof interesting Iris combination in our yard and of our neighbors, one of my favorite flowers, after peonies and tulips and....

Nick & Trudy, it is rather gray with snow here too, and cannot wait to see beautiful flowers like you have here!

Hello Nick & Trudy Vandekar, It will be here before you know it.  My wife can not wait for the home and garden show, than she knows she is down to a few weeks of flowers coming up.

Hello Nick & Trudy

It has really been a rough year of winter weather across the nation and your post has been featured to the group:

Robert Vega Bob Swetz thank you very much.

Sheila Anderson Spring is not that far off, soon my friend, soon.

Joan Cox being further north we usually have to wait a while, but I notice some green shoots due to the warm weather.

Will Hamm we also have a big flower show in Philadelphia and people go crazy, but you have to watch the late frosts or you will lose what you plant.

Well your title caught my attention. Tonight I came home from a friend's house in another snowstorm. It blew just the right way to get my favorite pile of firewood snow covered.

I do enjoy winter. I use to ski before my bad news got worse. I still cross country ski. In spite of that we are getting to the time of the year when I'm starting to long for spring. I love gardening and I'm looking forward to playing in the dirt again.

Debbie Laity we have a pile of firewood close to the house, I have only touched it during one small storm so far, our other piles are up the hill but I keep telling myself that we need to keep the pile close to the house in case of the big storm.

Trudy is the dirt player, I just do what I am told.
