Tredyffrin Easttown Real Estate benefits

Tredyffrin Easttown Real Estate Benefits

One of the great things about living in Tredyffrin Easttown is the easy access there is to the Chester Valley Trail. Today and tomorrow the temps are up in the 60's, very nice for February.

So, I threw my bike on the car and headed down to Westlakes business center in Berwyn, not far from my house, where there is parking for the Chester Valley Trail and easy access. There are several easy points to access the trail in Tredyffrin Easttown, Old Forge Crossing has their own access, the Tredyffrin Township Park, D'Ambrosio Park at the end of Tory Hollow in Berwyn is another.

Enjoy the video:

I headed out to Exton and made the ride there and back turning around at Route 100 by the Raymour and Flanigan Store and Exton Main Street. I was feeling pretty good about the distance and my time till I calculated it was a mile every 4 minutes 21 second and realized there are runners who run almost that speed for the duration of a marathon and some milers would have passed me easily as well. But, I don't care I had a great time and got my heart rate up.

It was a great day, lots of people out with their kids, on bikes, with dogs, walking, biking, running all making great use of the trail. There are plans to connect it to the Valley Forge Park Trails and hence to the Schuylkill River Trail which would mean you could cycle all the way into Philadelphia and back. That would be great.

Homes close to the trail have increased in value as it is seen as a major benefit to those who love a healthy outdoor lifestyle.  Remember if you want to find a home in Tredyffrin Easttown give me a call, or if you want to sell your home I know how to market Tredyffrin Easttown, I live here and know the benefits. Hannah Williams, not sure if that was the wind or my heavy panting trying to get air in my lungs. Great talking to you this week.

Jeff Dowler this trail is great, lots of it in the shade so wonderful in the summer, flattish because it was a train line, and a great distance. Also at the end in Exton there is a Starbucks if you need a little rest.

Gabe Saunders people generally move here for the schools, but this is an added bonus and so many people today want to exercise and this gives them that ability.

Debbie Reynolds it was a beautiful day as seen by how many people were out on the trail. I was pushing a little, didn't realize I was panting so much till I played the video back, but I was still getting passed easily. First ride of the year so I give myself that.
