This last week, April 15-21, there have been two homes that have settled, both 2 bed 2 full bath condo apartments, in different sub-developments of Chesterbrook. One at $195,000, $154.76 per square foot and the other at $264,000, $182.32 per square foot.
Three homes have gone pending ranging in price from $189,900 to $369,000, the latter is a 4 bed 2 1/2 bath town house compared to the other two homes which are 2 bed 2 bath apartments, one of which only came on the market this week.
There is one home which came on the market this week a 2 bed 2 1/2 bath town home with garage priced at $330,000 on Heyward Road offered by Coldwell Banker Preferred.
At the moment including this home mentioned above on Heyward Road there are 6 homes for sale. One of those listed is new construction in Parkview priced at $569,990 in the center of Chesterbrook, a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath town house and as builders often do not list every model there likely to be more new construction homes for sale than listed. The other homes for sale include two other 3 bed 2 1/2 bath town homes, two 2 bed 2 1/2 bath homes and one 2 bed 2 bath apartment priced at $219,500.
