There are all sorts of 3 bed homes in Tredyffrin Easttown. Apartments, Twins, town homes, and single family detached homes. Generally prices in Easttown area little higher than Tredyffrin Township. 7 Tredyffrin Easttown twin homes sold priced from $236,500 to $429,900, these were on the market for an average time of 49 days, getting $209 per square foot on average and sellers getting 95% of their original list price.

93 Tredyffrin Easttown town homes sold, priced from $205,000 to $747,544, these higher priced homes being new construction, taking 54 days on average to sell, and getting $183 per square foot. Sellers obtained 98% of their original asking price.

65 Tredyffrin Easttown single family detached homes sold priced from $195,000 to $972,000., spending 56 days on the market on average and getting $255 per square foot with sellers getting 95% of their original asking price.


Number of Tredyffrin Easttown 3 bed home sales compared to previous years is stable:

2014 - 166

2015 - 182

2016 - 168

2017 - 171
