My buyer is under contract

The Tredyffrin Easttown real estate market has been very low on inventory at all price points. Every home coming on the market is being marketed to take advantage of this. Homes are going under contract in hours.

We had one client we had an appointment for this Friday evening and late afternoon, the home had only been listed in the morning, the listing agent called to say they had received two offers and the seller had accepted one of them so the appointment was cancelled.

Well, I was out with another client Friday evening, they had missed a couple of homes not understanding the pace of the market. Yes, it was dark but they liked the home and we submitted an offer Saturday. The listing agent said the seller would get back to us after the open house on Sunday. 

We were out Sunday looking at other homes and also stopped by the open house so they could see it in daylight. Late last night we got word our offer was accepted and yes they had received other offers as well.

Now we move on to stage two, inspections, title, appraisal etc.

Congratulations on your newest acceptance on your offer for your buyers. It's a tough market out there. I feel bad an agent has lost out on 2 offers on my listings. Hopefully one of my "coming soon" listings will work for them. It's heart breaking. So many buyers for so few listings.
